I contacted Mr. Ware an emergency basis and he saw me promptly the same day. As I never needed a lawyer in my life till now, He explained my situation completely in a matter even a lay person could understand. I knew I was in the right place and we immediately took the steps to resolve the situation. It was by no means a quick fix as we made the grueling trip to Paterson several times. In the end he stood next to me in a quite diffulcult atmosphere and his knowledge of the courts really showed. In what seemed to be some kind of encore he was most impressive in wrapping up my case. I trust in his knowledge and would recommend him in the future.

Mr. Ware represented me on a criminal matter. I had never been in any sort of trouble before in my life and was scared and unsure as to what was going to happen. Mr. Ware made it a point to calm my nerves, re-assure me that all was going to be ok, and kept me up to date on all the matters regarding the case. He walked me through step by step from the night he returned my call at 11PM until the court hearing was over. I would highly recommend Mr. Ware for any type of legal issue that requires the representation of an attorney.

Bill represented me in a matter where I had virtually no chance to win the case due to mitigating factors. He showed me clearly what it would have taken to make a contest of it, and that was a blessing to me in two ways. First, I saw with his help that to join the battle was, although possible, not practical. Second, I further saw a good deal of what happens in court, and the power the state can wield at its discretion. Bill also kept me calm at a time when I was not inclined to be, and it would have been a serious error not to be. He protected my dignity and interests when I saw little need of it and didn't care much. I was glad to have him on my side.

This was the first time that I had ever been charged, and I was very upset with the instability this caused in my life and potential harm to my family. Mr. Ware was very reassuring and confident in his ability to handle my case. He went over all my options and possible outcomes given various verdicts. He was able to handle my case with a very favorable outcome. I have and would recommend Mr. Ware to anyone whom I know. You never know when you will need a lawyer! Life is not perfect and things can happen where you will need a lawyer; therefore, it is better to armed with his name and number so you can plead the 5th and let a professional, Mr. Ware, handle your case.
It is in your best interest to heed the advice and be prepared. Take the name and number! Give him call.

I can not say enough good things about Mr. Ware. This was my first experience dealing with a court or judge and Mr. Ware put me at ease through the entire process. Our outcome was better than expected and I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can trust.

All that I can say is thank goodness for Mr. Ware! He was the most prepared attorney I have ever had. And he genuinely cared . He was extremely prepared. I cannot recommend him enough!

He pretends to work harder than he really does so that he can justify asking you for extra money.

For instance, he represented me at traffic court for a simple speeding ticket and the cop failed to show up. I figured this was a lucky stroke for both of us, right?

It meant he didn't have to do anything and that the case would simply be dismissed. As it stood, Mr. Ware did nothing to prepare for the court date. He never called, emailed or bothered to look at my driving record. He didn't even know if it was speeding or collision or wrong turn or what. He had NO idea until he saw me in the lobby of the court house.

Well, despite his utter lack of preparation for court, Mr. Ware proceeded to act as if he were some sort of miracle worker when the cop didn't show up and the case was dismissed. He said I was lucky I had him as a lawyer because he was so "skilled." Um, what?

The cop did not show up! That's what really happened. Yet Mr. Ware kept insisting that he had WON the case! He kept saying that he did a wonderful job and that I OWED him more credit for his terrific skill as a lawyer! He said it was his "skill" that got my case dismissed.

He wanted EXTRA money for "winning" the case. He followed me to my car in the parking lot talking about how lucky I was that he "won" the case and how I could "send his bonus check in the mail."

But he did not "do" anything! The cop never showed up. Everyone knows that there's nothing to "do" if the cop doesn't show up.

I didn't even have any court fees because, technically, there was no court. The whole thing was dismissed. But he said I that since I saved on court fees I was obliged to give him that money too.

WTF? I never heard of such a thing. If I saved money on Court fees then that's MY money, not his. I could barely keep up with the tricks he was peddling.

When I got home I actually found an email from Mr. Ware asking if I would like to give him a "bonus." This guy actually sent an email from his law firm's server! Which means I have cyber-proof that he kept asking for extra money.

I thought it ironic that he didn't send a single email BEFORE the court date to prepare for the case. But he immediately sent an email afterward to harass me for money.

Note: I paid this guy his retainer a month in advance, and it wasn't cheap either ($750.00 for a traffic court appearance). What he does is ask you for EXTRA money afterward.

In short, I was stalked by a lawyer for money.

Bill assisted us with a parole issue and he could not have been more knowledgable and professional. He was responsive to our questions and answered our concerns promptly. He came recommended from others and is known as an expert in this field. He made it easy for us to understand an otherwise complicated area of law.

Mr. Ware was wonderful! He took my calls at all hours of the day, he answered my questions patiently and completely, and he made me feel as though he really cared about my situation. I had never been in court before and was very nervous about appearing before a judge, but Mr. Ware helped ease my fears with his professional manner and obvious knowledge of the system. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a lawyer in any capacity. I could not have asked for a better representative of my case.

I was assaulted and then falsely accused of the crime that was commited against me by the other party/criminal. Mr. Ware defended and prosecuted to the best of his ability and my case was dismissed and the other party was found guilty. Mr. Ware is at the top of his practice. Thank you.

I was in a tough situation had lots of tickets that had built up, while i had moved out of the state. Soon came to find out I had warrents, a few that is...Just had a 1 month old when i had contacted Mr. Ware, I spoke with him breifly on how he would be able to help me get these heavy fines down, warrents removed, etc....I was a nervous reck, he assured me that the Lord will get me thur this...At the time, funds were low I promised i would call back when the funds were available... Mr. Ware sought justice for our family in the homicide of our loved one. Many facts were being overlooked until he stepped in and advocated on our behalf. He scheduled meetings with the prosecutor's office and kept us involved in the case. As a result, an indictment was handed down and our family finally got the justice that we had been seeking for months. He is an excellent attorney and I would recommend him to anyone.
