Mathue Nunn has YOUR best interest in mind.

Matheu's professionalism with handling my divorce was what everyone hopes to obtain when retaining an attorney. His knowledge of the law combined with having myself and MY CHILDREN's best interest in mind eased the pain through a difficult process. He and his firm do not waste money with frivolous email, calls or other forms of communication and spent my dollars wisely. If you want an attorney that has your back, I strongly recommend Mathue Nunn.

    Excellent Divorce Lawyer !!!!

I highly recommend Mr. Nunn as a divorce lawyer. Throughout my case he demonstrated his comprehensive knowledge of NJ state laws as it related to my situation. He was very responsive in his communications and I had the utmost trust in Mr. Nunn.

    Excellent choice

I hired Matt Nunn and Mark Wechsler to represent me in my divorce. Matt is extremely knowledgeable on the laws and really cares about his clients and their best interests. He is an excellent communicator and very well respected in the industry. Whatever situation Matt is faced with, he is willing and able to use all of the resources available to him at Einhorn Harris allowing him to advise the client with the best solutions. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone and would be willing to use him again without hesitation.

    Great reviews from friends.

It is ironic how Matheu Nunn's reviews are so positive yet his handling of my case was a complete disaster from day one. He never took control of the case other than from the point when it was turned over to him from another co-attorney in his office. He messed up my case and then told me he was no longer handling my case. He is too worried about his other jobs priorities rather than his less important clients.

Matheu D Nunn’s response: “I am sorry you feel that way. Bear in mind, while I am writing this I clearly know who you (the reviewer) is. Although I am ethically constrained to not disclose any information about any of my clients, it is unfortunate that you resorted to AVVO to air your feelings (anonymously). This would be akin to someone anonymously leaving poor reviews of a restaurant, doctor, repairman, etc., out of vengeance. The fact is, this person is the only client I have ever fired. Yes, an attorney firing a client. When an individual hires an attorney, he/she does so with the intention of utilizing the attorney's advice. Now, the client is the "boss" and makes the final decision, however, when the attorney's advice is disregarded, the relationship becomes broken. Rhetorically, would a client/potential client like to continue to pay for advice he/she disregards? No. I did the appropriate thing and terminated the relationship because it was clear that my advice was not valued. I wish you the best of luck and I am sorry that our attorney-client relationship could not continue. You were no less important than any other client. And, for the record, I represent clients at varying income levels, from the highest-level executives, to those with limited means.”

    Highly recommend--family law

Mat represented me in a divorce from myhusband. He and Mark Wecsler were on top of everything. I could not have been happier. They were pricey, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend them and would higher them again if needed.

    The next Superlawyer!

I was reeling from a divorce trial gone terribly wrong. My ex-wife's "egregious" behavior left me and our kids financially destitute in a rental duplex here in NJ while she spent our family money in a luxury Florida townhouse. Inexplicably, the trial judge acknowledged her fault but ordered me to pay $2,600 monthly alimony anyway. I was hopeless. Bonnie Frost and Matheu Nunn of Einhorn, Ascher and Harris assured me they would help me. Matheu proceeded to write the most magical Appellate brief and argued it successfully. My alimony was extinguished and the decision published. Now, Matheu's amazing accomplishment will help others like me for the rest of time. Even the trial judge whose divorce order was appealed called Matheu up to thank him for putting a "point on the stick" for egregious behavior and its implications for future use in arriving at family law decisions that are no longer just legal decisions but just ones as well. Thank you Einhorn, Ascher and Harris and thank you Bonnie Frost. However, a very special, heartfelt and grateful thank you goes out to my "new best friend", Matheu Nunn; the next SUPERLAWYER! My kids and I are forever in your debt for a job very well done!

    Kept me out of trouble!

Matt represented me in a criminal matter in Somerset County. I was facing some minimal jail time, but was concerned. Matt was always there with me and kept me informed AND he kept the penalties to a minimum.
