    My case had many quirks and intricacies as my offense occurred several decades ago! Mr. Raya took the time to research the laws prevailing at that time (which were quite different from the current ones) and was able to prevent me from having to spend any time in jail. His effort was truly above and beyond for this disabled Veteran. I strongly endorse him.
