I first went to see Joshua Denbeaux 5-6 years ago when we were threatened with foreclosure. I didn't feel hiring him at that time was our strongest position because we were in no position for attorney's fees. It's five years after our loan modification. I misunderstood the bank speak of the terms of the loan. He clarified it all for me, explained what will happen in the future and assured me I still have a good deal. All this in the free consultation session. I highly recommend him because he has drive and is not afraid to stand up to the banks.

As a warning to anyone looking to be represented by Joshua Denbeaux please stear clear. He has no morals and represents himself as a foreclosure attorney defending homeowners and this is not the case. He is stealing the last pennies from distressed homeowners. He is a car salesman and promises the world and delivers nothing. He is a shill for the banks! This is the worse of the worse and as evil as it gets. He is worse than the banks. He is a blatant liar and has no remorse for his lies. Hopefully a person or family is saved from wasting their case, time, money stress from this post warning. Several people are banding together that he has harmed and if you are one respond to this post.

Josh represented my husband and me in a case brought by our landlord. Not only did he do a superb job but he went out of his way to keep us informed and walk us through every aspect of a very stressful case.

Joshua Denbeaux has proven to me what a difference a GREAT lawyer makes when handling foreclosure matters. Unlike other attorneys I had previously worked with at a different firm, Joshua Denbeaux was extremely knowledgeable about and experienced with foreclosure matters (including negotiating with bank counsel), highly effective in attaining a timely settlement in the best interest of his clients, attentive and responsive (rather than dismissive) to our concerns and goals, & strategic/willing to think outside the box to attain those goals. He treats his clients with respect & with an attitude/willingness to aggressively advocate for his clients. He has been a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him.

Based on the advice of a law firm, we filed for a Ch 13 bankruptcy to protect our home from foreclosure. A year into the Ch 13 we had to convert to a Chapter 7 and were told to walk away from our home. Upon review with Denbeaux & Denbeaux we found we were not good candidates for Ch 13 to being with. Upon further consultation with Denbeaux & Denbeaux we found that we could save our home by refinancing our mortgage - and they could help us get that done.
