I am creative in crafting solutions and thinking outside the box to find long-term solutions, whether for a debt, immigration, matrimonial or corporate problem. Clients are surprised that I answer my own phones, but i want to be the kind of attorney that I would like to have as my own attorney.
99% of my bankruptcy caseload is debtor oriented. Bankruptcy law is more than filling out petitions - you deal with people's lives and futures.
The hardest part of my job is watching grown men break down and cry in my office and the best part of my job is seeing the physical change in a client when they walk out of court with a successful result- you can see the weight come off of their shoulders.
