Melissa was our attorney on both the sale of our home as well as the purchase of a new construction home last year. In short, Melissa was among the best attorneys that we have had represent us! She is of high integrity, communicative, affable and thorough. Additionally, her personality is very approachable; she is direct/to the point, always reachable and most importantly a total pleasure to deal with. My husband and I will work with her again without hesitation!

Melissa is an excellent attorney I used 6 times: 1 Home closing case, 3 refinance cases, 1 estate planning case, 1 property tax reassement case. She always went above and beyond to help with my situation. Her advice was always knowledgeable and to the point. She was very careful with my paperwork, and I felt that could completely trust her with my private information. I've worked with Melissa on several occasions and found that the two qualities she possesses separating her from most attorneys in New Jersey are reliability and accessibility. It's hard to find an attorney you can count on in a sticky situation (and even in a not-so-sticky situation), but Melissa never fails me. If she's away from the office at a closing or in court, her assistant Jessica is always a phone call away (and probably one of the most pleasant people to speak to). I wouldn't think to look anywhere else for a real estate attorney or legal advice.

Melissa Suarez is the best real estate attorney in the area. Being in the real estate field, I've used plenty of attorneys that have not protected their clients, or are not experts in their field. Melissa is professional, sharp, knowledgable, and always protects her clients' interests. She always responds to us right away when we need her, and always has the right answer for us. She is the only attorney I would refer, number one choice for my firm.

Legal advise was on point! Very knowledgable. Wish I could afford to have her present my case in landlord tenant court when I sue my landlord!!

Melissa Suarez and her office staff are caring professionals who actually work with the client and don't simply talk over them. They don't make you feel like they are "doing you a favor" or make you feel stupid, instead they are courteous, professional and effective. ALL lawyers could take a lesson from this office's attitude toward clients and issues. This lady and her staff make you feel like a "friend" instead of just a client. I definitely recommend her!
