Vache E Bahadurian

Vache Edward Bahadurian, Esq. is a defense attorney in New Jersey and New York.  Mr. Bahadurian represents clients with the following types of cases: DWI and DUI, Breathalyzer Refusal, Criminal Defense, Juvenile Delinquency, Expungements, Traffic Tickets, and DMV Hearings.

Mr. Bahadurian graduated from Bucknell University and earned a law degree from Pace University School of Law.  While in law school, he received dean's list honors and completed two judicial externships for the State Superior Court.  Mr. Bahadurian began his legal career as a law clerk for a Criminal Judge in Bergen County.  While working in the courthouse, he was professionally trained as a Court mediator and sharpened his negotiating skills.  Mr. Bahadurian was also selected by the Presiding Criminal Judge to serve as his legal assistant during complex criminal proceedings.  After the judicial clerkship, Mr. Bahadurian was invited to join a law firm specializing in DWI, traffic violation law, and criminal defense.  He worked at the firm for several years while gaining extensive litigation and trial experience.

In 2004, Mr. Bahadurian established this successful practice in Hackensack and takes pride in combining high quality legal services with effective representation.  As a defense lawyer, he has earned the respect of judges and prosecutors due to his track record of hard work for his clients and knowledge of the law.  Other lawyers frequently ask for his legal advice and rely upon his opinion because of his experience and reputation.  Mr. Bahadurian is an active member of the legal community with strong connections and trusted relationships.  He also serves as a mentor to new members of the bar.
