I was highly recommended to Richard Weiner for my divorce case. Even though going through a divorce is such a horrible thing, Mr. Weiner made this experience as painless as possible. He was super professional throughout my long divorce. I highly recommend him and his firm.

I used Richard Weiner for a case to represent my family business about two months ago. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and seemed to know everyone in the courthouse. It really eased my mind to put my case in his hands. I would highly recommend him to all my friends. I was initially recommended to him because one of the executives in my company used him in a family law matter and thought he was practical yet no nonsense.

I used Richard Weiner for a very complex matter six months ago and he was outstanding! Very professional and always there to guide me. He really fought hard for me in court and it resulted in getting me additonal alimony beyond what my husband wanted to pay. I will and already have recommended him to friends.

A pleasure to deal with. On top of his game and ALWAYS there when I needed him. Always took my calls. No nonsense direct approach and an incredible staff. Very thorough from beginning to end. Made a difficult situation tolerable. Would highly recommend.

Be very careful unless you're the monied party. Every decision he made benefitted the monied party whose history was very bad, and never the un-monied party whose history and reputation were clean. Hard to understand why an honest attorney would vote for the troubled parent 100%, no questions asked. Time has shown he was very wrong but how do you make that up to a child?
