From the first day I walked into her practice (saw her sign as I was walking by, and walked in to 'check it out'), Marcia Kasdan spoke to me personally and made me feel very comfortable. When the date of our appointment came, she met us and brought us to the associate who would be handling our case. Again, professional but never austere, nor scripted.
Our case was successfully completed about 3 years and a different associate later (the associate we were first assigned to was no longer with the company.) In every encounter during the entire process,
we had a positive experience. Even though we were working directly with an associate, Marcia Kasdan
was always an integral part of our case and was with us up to the last interview. She was always available. When we had questions, concerns, or just the 'jitters', even if she was professionally otherwise engaged, a text would come back saying when she would make contact, which she always did.
My assessment of the lawyer Marcia Kasdan would be: Reliable, Trustworthy, Knowledgeable, Kind, Responsive, Accommodating and Caring. A true professional.

Marcia Kasdan cannot be trusted! She botched my case beyond belief. Marcia took my case while her law license was SUSPENDED and Never told me! In fact Marcia Kasdan has had her license suspend, revoked and censured in the 1980's, 1990's and 2000's and 2008! Check with the State of NJ Bar Association. Marcia Kasdan's reputation is horrible! My case literally was found null and void since the statute of limitations expired!

A friend did recommend Marcia to me and my wife to help us in our case. Based on how good my friend told me she was i was surprised about the fees she charged. Aside the attorney services she provided, she gave us lots of free advice on our marriage life . I do know one thing that she really do care about her client.

Marcia Kasdan was a god-sent help in our immigration proceedings. It would be difficult to overstate how much she helped our family and how much of our current life in the US we owe to her. Our case was difficult and lengthy. It lasted over five years and included everything from a denied asylum petition to a stay in an immigration detention facility in Elizabeth. Through it all, Marcia worked hard not just to win our case, but to fuel our hopes and motivation. She never wavered in her support and always made time to see us when we needed to. Every time we would go to her office, she would greet us with a smile and words of motivation, and even though our case seemed dire, we always left feeling as if everything would be alright in the end. Thanks to Marcia, everything did end up working out and we have been able to peacefully continue our lives in the U.S.

Last July, my husband received a notice that his wages would begin to be garnished the following week. He had approximately $400,00.00 medical debt. Our newborn daughter was only five weeks old and our family depended on his income. Marcia was compassionate and understood the urgency of our matter. Her team immediately began to draft his paperwork. He had Court only a few weeks later and the matter was quickly resolved. Marcia's assistant reviewed and practiced questions for Court. My husband knew what to expect, was well informed, and not afraid or nervous. My husband and I were able to breathe easier and enjoy our first few weeks of parenthood without any worries. I knew that by hiring Marcia Kasdan the case was in good hands. I could not have asked for better service! She is outstanding!

My father was arrested few years ago and stayed in a detention center for about 2 months. We contacted several lawyers but nobody wanted to take his case. When we contacted Marcia, she was willing to listen and she was the only one that gave us hope, with her help my father was released in December, few weeks before Christmas.
We have been working with Marcia and her staff for a few years now, we are well aware that my father’s case is very complicated and Marcia explained the whole process and how long it might take. My father still has to report to immigration several times a year and renew his work permit but he is still with us and for this and very grateful to Marcia.
We had the interview last June, my father and I were very nervous but it went very well. Marcia made sure that every document was up to date, the interview was quick and after years of hard work and constant dedication Marcia made it happened, my father now has become a permanent resident.
Thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts.
