The firm of Puglisi and Sherwood represented me in the nasty legal fight against my ex wife. After 4 years of dealing with her absurdity, I was able to successfully uphold the signed divorce agreement due to the tireless and excellent efforts of the staff. As it did cost me a fortune to battle this, I never questioned their honesty and fees. They always had an accurate and complete log of the time spent on my case and appreciated the individual attention given to me by them even though they had many other cases.
My dealings were primarily with Mr. Puglisi and his associate Mr. Johnson. Their strategies and honesty were always one step ahead and their attention to the smallest details were the items that brought success to the case. Their knowledge of writing and analyzation of facts are superior and were extremely adept in finding the "smoking gun" that would end up winning motions and cases. Mr. Puglisi is excellent in court and extremely aggressive without angering the judge or coming off arrogant. Mr. Johnson is tireless in his investigative work and his command of the legal system is admirable. They are both very approachable and I never felt intimidated or used. The office staff is top notch, very polite and never had an issue with inaccuracy, missing documents or not getting proper copies.
Most of the cases never sees the light of day in court and their behind the scenes work excellent. They have the connections and ability to take care of problems before they get into court.
Having seen the issues that my other friends and even my ex wife dealt with in the dealing with their attorneys, I was extremely lucky to have chosen this firm to represent me. This would have been a rockier road if I did not have them on my side and I highly recommend anybody on either side to consider using this firm in their matters.

Mr. Puglisi was very understanding and very knowledgeable of the law. He promptly returned my phone calls and calmed my fears. He obtained excellent results in court. I was very satisfied.
