My mom used Mr. Augulis for her estate planning. When my mom died, a friend convinced me to engage a major law firm that she had used to handle the estate. What a mistake! Within 6 weeks of their handling her estate, the bills were over $50000! I was being overbilled by two lawyers on the case, both of whom were billing at over $500 an hour with the partner billing for "attention to detail" on a daily basis for over $450! I realized that I had made a mistake in not allowing Mr. Augulis to handle the estate. I engaged Mr. Augulis and found his fees to be reasonable, the work to be excellent and the communications to be superb. An attorney on his staff, Peggy, was there for me every step of the way. Mr. Augulis put me in contact with a fine accountant who handled the estate tax return filings. Mr. Augulis was competent, capable, honest and someone I do not hesitate to recommend. He is truly a hidden gem of an attorney! In a world where many lawyers are unethical and interested in billable hours over client's interests, Mr. Augulis is a light of fresh air. Thank you Mr. Augulis for helping me with mom's estate! I do not know what I would have done without you!
