Bouncer injures bar patron

Matthew C Simon

Case Conclusion Date:August 16, 2010

Practice Area:Personal Injury

Outcome:Settled prior to Trial

Description:After being escorted out of a bar, a bouncer refused to let a patron [our client] return into the pub to get her pocket book. As she was discussing the matter with one bouncer, another bouncer shoved her with 2 hands causing her to fly backwards and strike her head on a concrete parking stop. The patron/plaintiff was knocked unconscious, concussed, and suffered a traumatic brain injury. Luckily, she was young and made a very good recovery.
