    • I do not recommend Carl Herman.
    • I hired Carl more than 3 years ago.
    • Carl handled my Criminal Defense matter.

    I paid him for services which he never rendered. I felt tricked and taken advantage of after dealing with him. He also yelled at me on the phone.

    I paid Mr. Herman for services which he never rendered. When he scheduled a court hearing, he was out of the country on the time of the appointment. He also failed to reschedule an appointment.
