I help couples during the difficult time of divorce by assisting them in identifying and reaching agreements in the important issues in their lives such as asset splitting and debt liability distribution; co-parenting (short and long term); child support; and spousal support. I draw upon my many years of legal experience in negotiations, mediation experience and training, as well as, my previous handling of matrimonial litigated cases; real estate and business law; bankruptcy cases; and debtor-creditor cases.
As an Accredited Family Law Mediator as recognized by the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators, my priority is to help couples reach a fair and reasonable settlement of their divorce issues so they don't have to litigate and fight a long costly court battle.
I believe couples should have options for divorce. With this in mind, I offer clients the option of receiving from me either a Memorandum of Understanding or a Matrimonial Settlement Agreement. I also offer clients the option of hourly or flat rate billing for mediation services.
