I have been appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to be Vice Chair of the District VC Attorney Ethics Committee, and I have been elected by my peers to serve as Vice Chair for Trusts & Estate matters of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.
I help owners of closelly held businesses with regard to legal and business succession/estate planning matters, and I help individual clients with estate planning and administration matters. When necessary, I also litigate business disputes and estate disputes.
