Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.

  1. Conditions
    issued in CT, 2009

This sanction means the attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The State placed conditions on the lawyer's activities to try to prevent a reoccurrence of the wrongful act.

Yvette’s comment: “Attorney Fallon holds, and has always held, a "Certificate of Good Standing" with the State of Connecticut Judiciary Licensing Authority. No conditions were ever placed on legal practice. In fact, this matter was settled without a court hearing, based on the fact that although the allegations had no merit, the cost of litigating the same outweighed the simple agreed upon order.”
