I counsel individuals and corporate fiduciaries in connection with the intricate personal and business problems associated with the administration, disposition and sale of their assets. I am a graduate of Florida State University (B.S., summa cum laude, 1986) and the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D. 1990). I received an LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law and an M.A. in Religion from Yale University. I am the Chairman of the Darien Commission on Aging and serve as a Justice of the Peace. I am admitted to practice law in Connecticut and New York.
