Marc Organschi’s legal philosophy drives his practice. He believes that a lawyer must be available to his clients, must answer and return clients’ calls and must be flexible in meeting with clients. A client needs to understand their case in order to make good decisions. Marc Organschi can provide that knowledge and understanding.
Attorney Organschi graduated from the Taft School in Watertown, Connecticut in 1970 and then studied biology and neurophysiology at the University of Hartford from which he graduated Magna cum Laude in 1977. He worked in quality control and manufacturing engineering at the Torin Corporation in Torrington, Connecticut, and then attended Cornell Law School, graduating in 1989. Prior to moving his practice to Litchfield County in 1993, he represented clients in environmental and commercial matters at Murtha, Cullina, Richter and Pinney in Hartford, Connecticut.

He is a high performance driving instructor at Lime Rock Park and at Watkins Glen International. He has devoted a significant amount of time to rock and mountain climbing in the eastern and western United States and to whitewater kayaking, running numerous Class V runs in New England and New York.
Attorney Organschi's science and technical background enables him to understand scientific, engineering and medical issues faced by his clients, and to understand construction drawings and blue prints and survey maps.
