Linda Subbloie is a wonderful attorney. She is down-to-earth, a real go-getter and just fantastic at what she does. Getting a divorce is pretty emotional, especially when children are involved. Linda walked me through the whole process and helped me see what was in the best interest for myself and my children. She has a no nonsense approach that is endearing and dependable in such emotional times. I would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking an attorney.

I was getting divorced after almost 25 yrs of marriage. It was a very emotional time for me. Linda helped me through the process and she was patient, understanding, and compassionate. She knew what needed to be accomplished and made sure things were done in my favor. She helped me be a stronger person and helped get me through the hardest chapter of my life

Most of us who have to seek a lawyer for representation feel very alone, unsure of the future and need someone who is understanding of their situation, who will listen to them and give them good, sound advice. It is a very stressful time in a persons life. I know that's how I felt when I reached out to Linda after following a friends strong recommendation to contact her. I had been trying for over a year to obtain a divorce from my now ex, who was an abusive drug addict, who despite restraining orders, still terrified me. What I found in Linda was a friend, someone who cared about what I was going through with a vast knowledge of the law to guide me. Anytime I needed her, she was always there for me, ready and willing to "hold my hand". When the day of my divorce finally arrived, even though my stomach was doing flip-flops, Linda had me laughing before I got on the stand and calmed all my fears about having to face him again. If you need a lawyer who is compassionate and will give you one-on-one attention, who is extremely thorough to detail and understands the law, then I highly recommend that you contact Linda.

Linda Subbloie is the kind of lawyer that breaks down the stereotype of the "bloodsucking lawyer". I found Linda through a friend who had used her services in the past. My choice to go with Linda was easy; she was upfront, deliberate, empathetic and sensitive to my concerns, issues and the incredibly difficult situation I was in. Linda and I formed a team, she collaborated with me, asked for my opinion when appropriate and guided me through an extremely difficult divorce process. Countless times she "talked me off the ledge" while we were dealing with a mentally disturbed and combative ex spouse. (Notice i said "WE".) Linda was gentle but firm and reminded me of the end goal many times and kept the process on track. Linda's knowledge of the legal process is excellent and when she came across something she didn't know, she quickly researched and drove the issue to completion. For example, a former spouse pleading the 5th amendment during a deposition. Linda's greatest strength is her trustworthy character and her actions, which clearly show she CARES about her clients. She passes along information and is always looking out for your best interests for sure. My case was incredibly difficult and likely the one case that Linda will remember for the rest of her career...a career that no doubt will be enjoyed with great success for many years to come. On the day the divorce was finalized and while i was under oath, Linda asked me if i was satisfied with her services. My reply was simply, "Counsel...I am thrilled with your services." The look on the face of my ex was overshadowed only by the smile on Linda's face. You can't go wrong with Attorney Subbloie. I would recommend her to my family, friends and anyone that I know that requires a true ally during an incredibly stressful, life-changing event. Good luck and thank you again Linda.

Linda represented me in my very messy, drawn out divorce. My divorce was extremely complicated in that it involved domestic abuse, restraining orders, a house and three children. My ex would agree to nothing and basically wanted to take everything from myself and our children. We had no contact so all communication went through Linda.
She was my lifeline- all phone calls were returned within a very short time frame. The case, the conflicts, the options were all discussed with me. Everything was explained in terms I could understand. She has a complete and thorough understanding of divorce law, and through this knowledge she was able to negotiate a very fair and equitable distribution of all maritable property.
The above covers the legal aspects of a divorce. The emotional aspects are a different story altogether. Divorce is one of the most anxiety producing periods of any persons life. Every trip to court is frought with dread and fear of an unknown outcome. Your future is in the hands of your attorney, you have little to no control.
Linda is absolutely wonderful in dealing with her clients during this emotional crisis. She listens to your fears, your wants, and she gives HONEST advise. She offers options, if there are any. She lets you vent and understands the reasons behind your frustration. And she fights for what is right and fair. She is a master at negotiating, and can and does pick apart the other sides arguements. She leaves no stone unturned.
My divorce is long over (AMEN) and I am still in contact with Linda, and consider her a friend. She continues to assist me with any post judgement issues or questions I may have.
Linda was referred to me, and I am extremely satisfied with the service she provided. I kept my house, I have sole custody of my children. Most importantly, I have a new life. A better life.

Linda is an exceptional professional - one I would highly recommend. She is kind and compassionate to client needs, a master case strategist, and a "sharpshooter" in the courtroom. My family could not have picked a better person to represent us in a difficult legal situation and If i had to choose again, it would be Linda! Truly a great person AND a great lawyer!
