I was blessed to have Jennifer as the immigration lawyer representing my husband in 2001. To make a long story short, a previous lawyer didnt know what he was doing. After my husband and I were married over a year, we filed papers for him to start the process to become a permanent resident. Things were going smoothly until one Friday afternoon, a letter came stating for my husband to report to room 411 for "fingerprints"..when I called Hartford, they said, "Room 411 is DEPORTATION". I called my lawery in a frenzy and he didnt know what to do. With that, and GOOGLE, i found Jennifer Rodriguez. Not only did she evade deportation, she got to to the root of our immigration problem and fought on. Our case was a little complex, but with Jennifers thorough knowledge of immigration law and her tactics, we finally won. That was in 2002. I am now, in 2009 helping my husband file for citizenship, and had to pull out the ol' immigration file and everything I needed to reference was in there. I would highly reccomend Jennifer in any immigration need.
