About Me

I offer services
for cases involving Immigration and Nationality Law.  I represent clients before Citizenship and Immigration
Services (formerly INS), the Office of the Immigration Court in
Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, as
well as before the Department of State and Department of Labor
nationwide.  I represent clients in a wide-variety of immigration cases, such as:


  • Family-Based Immigration

  • Employment-Based Immigration

  • Deportation and Removal

  • Temporary Work Visas

  • Consular Processing

  • Naturalization


I currently serve as the Secretary for the Connecticut Chapter of the
American Immigration Lawyers Association.  I am a member of the
American Immigration Lawyers Association, and a member of the National
Immigration Project.  In addition to speaking on a panel on immigration
offered by the Connecticut Bar Association, I have also been
on the faculty at the University of New Haven teaching Immigration law
to undergraduates.  I have been admitted to practice in
Connecticut and New York since 2000.  I am is recognized by Best Lawyers
in America®.
