In all areas of my practice, I let the law and facts lead the way. Emotions are good for the client, not the lawyer. Let me be the practical person helping you solve legal problems in Education/Special Education Law, Family Law, Probate Law and Will/Trust Law.
Education/Special Educationn Law is my passion. Parents and students need to have qualified individuals representing them when dealing with school systems armed with "experts" and lawyers. What is required under the law is often not discussed by school personnel. I help parents get what is required. Education Law includes Special Education Law, Discipline issues and Civil Rights issues.
Family Law: When a family dissolves, often the children are left in the middle. I can help find a fair and equitable solution for families with children through mediation and negotiation. Parents must remember the best interest of their children comes first. When no children are involved, equitable distribution of property is key.
Probate and Wills/Trusts are issues we all face when death may occur or has occured. Lawyers can make the process smoother and less confusing during challenging times.

Attorney Scull and I consulted regarding a family law matter that dealt with aspects of Florida and Connecticut law. Her concern for her client's wellbeing was apparent. Her skill and knowledge mandated this public appraisal.
