Negotiated multifaceted resolution of the case through mediation in Boston utilizing international expert.


Defendants verdict for water ski manufacturer in federal court jury trial in Bridgeport, Connecticut involving claim of personal injury accident from defective water ski design. Obtained order precluding plaintiffs liability expert on nine of eleven proffered opinions.

During jury trial in Rockville personal injury case involving total disability from multiple back surgeries, obtained disciplinary dismissal of the case based on cross-examination showing claimant lied about her medical history.


Obtained defendants verdict in Waterbury in products liability wrongful death case as part of national trial team for motorcycle manufacturer. Utilized photogrammetry accident reconstruction and jury consultant including mock trial to prepare case for trial.


Defendants verdict in Connecticut jury trial on behalf of food product manufacturer in Uniform Commercial Code litigation against major Hartford law firm. Opponent voluntarily withdrew doctorate level engineering expert after cross-examination during trial showed improper laboratory test methods were used by expert.


Successful resolution of Hartford case involving claim of personal injury and quadriplegia from swimming pool accident.
