About Me

I also have experience in several areas of business law, including contract negotiation, mergers & acquisitions, corporate litigation, commercial transactions, and commercial lending.

I am an active member of the greater Bangor community, and currently serve as Immediate Past Chair of the Steering Committee for Fusion Bangor, President of the Penobscot County Bar Association, Co-Treasurer of the John Waldo Ballou Inn of Court, and I a member of the Steering Committee for the Bangor Region Leadership Institute. I am a graduate of the Bangor Region Leadership Institute class of 2007, a past board member of the Bangor Y, and work to support numerous charities in the greater Bangor area. Prior to joining Eaton Peabody, I worked in the office of Maine Governor Angus S.
