I spent the last three years of my career as a prosecutor, and am now seeking new opportunites and challenges. Resume, references, and writing samples available upon request.
In the meantime, I am devoting 100% of my practice to pro bono work. At this time, I am only taking cases referred to me through the New Hampshire Bar Association's DOVE (Domestic Violence Emergency) Project, with plans to take additional types of pro bono cases in the future.
I find pro bono work to be not only very gratifying, but it is also opening me up to new practice areas, which allows me to learn and grow as an attorney. This will allow me to walk into my next employment opportunity that much stronger.
If you need an attorney in New Hampshire but cannot afford one, please visit my website for links to the New Hampshire Bar Association's pro bono referral program.

I met Attorney Brisson after he was appointed as an Assistant County Prosecutor in Carroll County. As a criminal defense attorney, I was opposing counsel on a number of matters. Attorney Brisson immediately began trying jury trials right out of the gate, including one with me which resulted in a mistrial. I was impressed by his tenacity and fearlessness in the face of juries and judges. I found this remarkable because he was so new. This Attorney will be a force to be reckoned with as he develops his practice.
