In 1989, he founded a law firm dedicated solely to personal injury law and today, 35 years later, this law firm now has 19 offices in RI & Southeastern, MA.
d'Oliveira & Associates' philosophy about practicing Personal Injury Law is based mainly on the team approach, which includes a case management system that gives each & every client an Attorney and a Case Manager (Paralegal), to make sure that every client is continuously informed about their case.
He graduated from LaSalle Academy in Providence, RI in 1975 with honors. I then graduated college from Creighton University School(cum laude) ie - with honors and was awarded a Bachelors Degree in Psychology in 1979. I then got my Juris Doctor in Law from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA in 1984.
He is admitted to practice law in both RI and MA.
He attend several legal seminars every year to learn and apply new innovative ways to practice personal injury and social security disability law as well as learning up to date information about dangerous drugs and defective products.
He also attends several seminars each year looking for new ways to better service the clients in our law firm, as well as ways to help the associate attorneys and staff here better serve our cliens.
His PHILOSOPHY is simply this... that getting clients' a fair settlement of their case or on disability benefits as quickly as possible is very important so they can move on with their lives. However, equally important is that each and every client is treated with the utmost dignity and respect and receives the best counsel throughout their case, so they understand each step of the legal process and all of their needs are met.
