About Me

Since 1975, I have been advocating for the rights of injured workers in Providence and throughout Rhode Island. In addition to pursuing workers' compensation claims, I have:

  • Worked for legislation that placed vocational rehab claims into the judicial process, strengthening injured workers' ability to obtain rightful treatment

  • Pushed for the right to reinstatement bill and free access to medical records

  • Argued and won cases before the Rhode Island Supreme Court and Rhode Island Workers' Compensation Appellate Division.

  • Served on the Ethics Committee, Committee on Paralegals and the Committee on Workers' Compensation
