About me

Over 32 years experience providing successful representation for clients in local and federal courts and administrative bodies. As an experienced attorney, I specialize in providing client-focused, practical as well as legal, advice and practice, in a wide range of specialties, applying my substantial, real-world knowledge to my clients' legal matters. I do all phases of trial work, including drafting documents, preparing and arguing motions and trials, negotiating settlements, and preparing and arguing appeals. My specialties include divorce, custody, child support, alimony, foreclosure defense, evictions (landlords and tenants), ethics board hearings, employment law, and various other areas of civil litigation. I am licensed to practice, and do so, in the state and federal courts in Massachusetts and in the state and federal courts in Rhode Island.
