Duing my tenure as an Assistant District Attorney in the Cape and Islands District Atrorney's Office, I had the opportunity to prosecute hundreds of cases in both the District and Superior Courts.
With the skills and experience I obtained as a prosecutor, I am now particulalry well suited to successfully defend those who have been charged with a criminal offense.
I have been lead counsel in more than one hundred and fifty jury trial, hundreds of bench trials, and countless evidentiary hearings including motions to suppress, probation violation hearings, probable cause hearings, and clerk magistrate hearings.
Whether you or a loved has been charged with a relatively mnior misdemeanor offense, a felony carrying the possibility of a life sentence in state prison, or an offense falling somehwere in between, rest assured that I will guide you and your family through the process, pursue every available avenue of defense, and will leave absolutely no stone un-turned in preparing the case.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions regarding your legal matter.
