For 25 years Attorney Bob Flynn represented insurance companies; since 1998 he has used that experience to represent the victims of construction accidents and other incidents caused by negligence. Each case is prepared for trial and then and only then are settlement discussions initiated to obtain from a position of strength the full, fair and complete recovery by settlement or trial a client is owed. Insurers will only negotiate fairly after a claim is fully prepared for trial. Experience with what an adjuster needs to evaluate a case and what a defense layer is looking to do in defending the claim is helpful to helping the injured client. Attorney Flynn is also often appointed by the courts to serve as a neutral arbitrator in pending civil cases.
Bob and his wife Mary raised five children in Wellesley, Massachusetts, and have contributed to the Town in volunteer positions. After working for two decades in Little League, coaching, umpiring and serving on WLL’s Board as a director and then as President and serving on various Town Boards and Committees, he is Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Golf for All” which seeks to open the golf experience to the disabled, physically or otherwise, with educational programs, clinics and tournaments.
