I hired Foster to evict a tenant who wasn't paying her rent. He told me about the possible problems, risks and options as well as the procedure and time involved. He also explained the costs involved so that I could make a decision based on the overall financial cost. Things went a he explained and I was happy with the result. Would use again.

I first hired Foster many years ago when I bought my first house. He did a great job, explaining the process to me at the start, and keeping me advised of a couple of problems that occured because of earlier transactions. He has handled a number of other matters for me since then and he made them as easy as possible for me. He is keenly aware of costs and has saved me money by explaining why certain actions were optional.
Anyone who wants a lawyer who will do his best for you and keep your costs reasonable in relation to the matter involved should hire Foster Cooperstein.

I've been a client of Foster's for more than 15 years. He has handled at least 8 matters for me and I've always been pleased with the results. He responds quickly to my comunications and keeps me aware of what is going on. He tries to minimize costs while accomplishing what I want and usually suggests alternatives that can save me money. Highly recommended!

He consistently missed deadlines, provided sloppy work, and asked us to sign documents he knew weren't right. He stalled our home sale and frustrated everyone involved with his amateurish performance to the point the buyer's attorney suggested we fire him. When we replaced him, he submitted an inflated bill and put a lien on our house to block the sale. He then steadily raised his ransom as we tried to pay him off just to make the sale go through. I have evidence of all of this, and am happy to share it. He is bad at his job and a horrible person. Chose literally anyone else you can find.

I lost my case with this lawyer. He overspend a lot of time and was not efficient.
