On 4/26/2018, based on all positive reviews, I contacted Christopher Shannon, regarding a Brookline zoning question. He was courteous and professional, and listened to what I had to say. He told me that he would get back to me the following week with an answer to my question and that he would not ch...arge me for the consultation. He did not get back to me the following week. When I contacted him, he said he would call "next week." Again, no reply. I contacted him again and he said that he would send me "an email or a text" detailing the answer to my question. Another week has gone by with no word from him.

I express my entire satisfaction in Attorney Christopher Shannon for all he has done in the legal profession.He is Vigilant and self-reliant and continues to advance the cause of justice. He states facts fairly;so that his thinking or knowing a cause to be good or bad,is always from reasoning.He says... all he can for his clients.Indeed,he affects a warmth for his clients.He is an Attorney of mind and action. Christopher Shannon and his firm handled our recent home purchase. At the outset, the purchase was expected to be standard and straightforward. However, an unexpected deficiency in the insurance of the building made the insurance unacceptable to the lender and substantially complicated the transactio...n. Christopher did an outstanding job helping us resolve this complication. He was willing to explore all options for resolving the problem, articulated the pros and cons very clearly, and was very effective in negotiating the resolution that we wanted. He and his staff were patient, courteous and, professional, all of which contributed to very pleasant interactions. I would strongly recommend him as a real estate attorney.
