Attorney Flynn's practice is devoted to elder law, estate planning and special needs planning. She works with elders and their families in areas of long-term care planning and asset preservation, MassHealth applications and appeals, guardianships and conservatorships, special needs planning and trusts, estate planning, probate administration, and public benefits advocacy. Part of her practice is devoted to litigation of issues affecting elders, such as contested guardianships and fiduciary litigation. She is President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (MassNAELA), and served as President of the Massachusetts Guardianship Association in 2010 and 2011. Attorney Flynn works to protect the rights of seniors and people with special needs through public policy efforts, advocacy, and education.
