Judith Flynn is a very knowledgeable and competent attorney. Not only have I collaborated with her on a few client matters I have referred clients to her that require probate litigation because I am confident that my clients will receive the best legal representation available while being treated with dignity, patience, and respect.

  • Lisa M Cukier

I had a case against Judy several years ago. I found her to be smart, fast, aggressive and determined to reach her desired outcome. These are critical attributes in contested guardianship litigation involving claims of financial exploitation and deep family discord. Ultimately, we settled the case and have since developed a professional friendship based on collegiality, mutual respect and admiration. I refer potential clients to Judy knowing that she will serve their needs with smarts and strength and a no-nonsence approach.
