Jessica focuses her practice on criminal defense, family law, personal injury and other related matters. She enjoys working with adults and children who are charged with crimes and people going through a divorce and helping them navigate the legal system. Court is not an everyday experience for most people and does her best to make clients feel comfortable. She fight hard for her clients to obtain the best possible outcome.
Jessica is an experienced trial attorney concentrating her practice in family law, juvenile, criminal defense and driving law. Ms. Foley is a former Assistant District Attorney in Plymouth County where she prosecuted felonies and misdemeanors from arraignment through trial and has represented the Commonwealth in the Massachusetts Appeals Court from 2001 until 2005.
In handling Criminal matters, Divorces, Custody Issues and Driving cases Attorney Foley work closely with her clients to help them achieve their goals as a litigator and mediator. Attorney Foley graduated from Northeastern University School of Law (J.D. 2001) and Smith College (B.A. Biochemistry 1997). She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the United States District Court. She is a member of the Norfolk County Bar Association, the Quincy Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association.
