Becoming a homeowner for the first time is an extremely nerve wracking and time consuming process. You are putting everything out on the line and are not really sure what steps to take. Kerin was excellent in answering any legal questions and guiding us through the process smoothly. She was extremely available, flexible and detail-oriented as well as very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home for the first time and I wouldn't hesitate to use her in the future.

Kerin assisted with both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our current home. She was knowledgeable, thorough and represented our interests to our satisfaction. We would definitely work with Kerin again.

I hired Kerin to assist me in the purchase of a short-sale property. I knew that short-sales can be trying at best, but Kerin made the experience painless. She was absolutely amazing! She kept me informed and advocated for me throughout the entire process. Kerin always had my best interest in mind and I would strongly reccommend her to anyone!!!
