Jessica Gleason grew up overseas as part of the U.N. community. She lived in Nigeria, Turkey, Pakistan and Italy, before settling down outside of Boston, MA. After university, Jessica gained experience working in international development at the International Nutrition Foundation before attending Northeastern University's School of Law.
Drawing upon her extensive international experience, Jessica has dedicated her legal career to the practice of U.S. immigration law. Jessica has experience with family-based immigrant visas, marriage-based visas, fiancé(e) visas, adjustment of status, naturalization, mandamus relief, asylum, consular processing, VAWA cases, U-visas, I-601 Waivers and special immigrant juvenile status cases. Her employment-based immigration experience includes work with PERM, I-140s (EB-1, EB-2 & EB-3), H-1B, H-2B, E-3, L-1A, L-1B, R, and TN cases. Jessica has worked with small and large businesses, including hospitals, universities, schools, churches, biotech, IT consulting and computer software companies, and investment firms. After positions with Kaplan, O’Sullivan & Friedman and Pampanin Law Offices, Jessica founded Gleason Immigration Law in February 2012. Gleason Immigration Law is a business - and family-immigration-based practice in Cambridge, MA. Jessica also does contract work for other immigration attorneys and serves as Of Counsel for Lizz Cannon, Attorney at Law.
Additionally, Jessica’s passion for asylum and special immigrant juvenile cases has led to internships with Human Rights First in Washington, DC and the Political Asylum/Immigration Representation (PAIR) in Boston, MA, and pro bono legal work for the Immigration Unit of Greater Boston Legal Service, the PAIR Project, and Kids in Need of Defense (KIND).
Jessica is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA), the Women's Bar Association (WBA) and the Boston Bar Association (BBA). She is licensed to practice in Massachusetts.

Attorney Gleason and I were law school classmates, and now both members of the immigration bar in Boston. Since knowing her, I have been struck by her passion and commitment to the immigrant community, as well as her knowledge of the law. I have no doubt that she will serve her clients with respect, professionalism, and compassion.
