I worked with Ken while at my previous company, on a patent case. It was complicated, but bringing Ken up to speed on the issues involved and how the case came about was easily achieved. His command of understanding complex arrangements, combined with his experience, meant that he was just perfect for us.

He's aggressive, without going too far, determined, very definitely takes his customers' interests to heart, vs just another case, and very, very capable, in his preparation, in depositions, and in front of a judge.

You just know you're in good hands when Ken DeMoura is representing you, and that means an awful lot in such situations.
