RICHARD S. RAVOSA, with the Law Offices of Richard S. Ravosa in Boston, Worcester, Springfield, Natick and Salem, has an accomplished record as a trial lawyer, negotiator, and strategist. Mr. Ravosa was one of only fifteen lawyers recognized in 2005 by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as a “Rising Star” for his achievements in representing clients with difficult legal obstacles. He is a member of the Boston Bar Association's Bankruptcy Section, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and is Chief Counsel of the Massachusetts Bankruptcy Center. Mr. Ravosa received his B.A., cum laude,from Western New England College and his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He was a radio talk show host on WBNW 1120AM and WCRN 830AM where he addressed foreclosure and debt relief questions. Mr. Ravosa is also Chairman of the Massachusetts Debt Relief Foundation, Inc., which provides pro bono legal representation to chapter 7 debtors across Massachusetts. In his free time he enjoys writing plays, fishing, sailing and traveling.
