Description: The Plaintiff, an applicant for Naturalization passed the requisite Civics and English language tests at the USCIS District Office. The case remained pending for more than two years following the interview. The Plaintiff tried to expedite adjudication through inquiries to no avail. We filed a Complaint for Declaratory Relief in Federal District Court, served the appropriate parties and within 60 days of service, the Plaintiff was sworn in as a US Citizen.
