I recommend W. Smith

I hired W. Smith more than 3 years ago.

W. Smith handled my Medical Malpractice matter.

I have previously worked with 3-5 lawyers.

Any situation where you require strong representation is generally undesired. I found myself in need of strong legal support and due to the usually high complexity of my situation, I was directed to the Sugarman law firm. Of course, to hear that my situation was too complex for some attorneys was very daunting. However, during the entire experience while working with Thomas Smith, Ben Zimmermann and the entire team at Sugarman I did not ever notice anything which would indicate that my situation was highly complex or anything other than just a day's work at Sugarman. Everything which I was involved in was done in a timely manner and with the highest level of professionalism. At the Sugarman firm, paramount emphasis and priority is placed on the client and the family. From a client perspective, it's obvious that the most important goal at Sugarman is to create a perfect situation for the client/family, in order to bring closure to an undesired situation. From my first contact to the Sugarman Law Firm until the last contact, the team always responded promptly by either telephone, message or even had the time for a meeting, if required. I cannot say enough positive things about this firm. After working with them, I have a new respect for our legal profession. These gentlemen are the definition of excellence and professional; they are also clearly achievement oriented. I am thankful that my situation was handled by the team at Sugarman. This legal team is known as the "best" for good reason, I strongly recommend consulting the Sugarman firm for any legal situation which requires either delicate or aggressive representation.
