Attorney Jacobs responded to my Chapter 93A question. He did so extremely promptly and with above average detail in his response. I then called him to discuss the case and although the amount of damages is only $560 and too small for hiring a lawyer, Attorney Jacobs spent nearly ten minutes with me discussing the matter and offering some advice to me. I was greatly impressed with Attorney Jacobs.

Unfortunately I had to deal with a contract dispute that turned very ugly. Travis was very helpful, honest, and straightforward throughout the whole process. He made it very easy to work with him and he informed me of all the options that I had. I never had to wait on hold for more than a minute and he would always return my phone calls when he was out of the office. I was very happy with Travis' dedication to my case and at all times I felt that he had my best interests in mind. If you need a lawyer I highly recommend this one. I am not one to quickly admit that something is worth the money, but in this case I have to reiterate that you will not get such a personable lawyer in Boston who doesn't charge you an arm and a leg for legal advice. Definitely worth the fee.

attorney Jacobs helped me and my business partner set up a partnership, drafted our partnership agreement, met with us several times to help iron out a few sticky issues, filed the documents, and later helped us with licensing docs. He was always helpful, knew most of the answers to our questions on-the-spot, and got back to us super quick if he had to research or look something up. Was always accessible, charged a reasonable flat rate, and we'll definitely use him again. Almost went on-the-cheap with one of those legal websites, but never would have gotten the customization we needed (and wanted).
