I always remember that my job is to get you the results you want. I have concentrated in representing clients in a wide variety of litigation matters for 40 years. I always try to avoid litigation if that is possible. It is nearly always better for my clients to resolve a dispute before it gets to court. I will negotiate or mediate a dispute when that makes sense for you. If not, I will consider arbitration or litigation. In every case, I analyze the issues to determine the best strategy and tactics to get the best results possible. Then I implement that strategy.
I promise that if you retain me, I will listen to your description of the case and what you want to accomplish; I will analyze your case and the relevant law, and will map out a plan of action; I will explain my plan and why I think it will best advance your objectives; I will remember that cost is a relevant consideration; I will explain the risks and opportunities of each option, so that you can make an informed decision as to how you want to proceed; and I will keep you informed of the progress of the case and answer your inquiries. I will never lie to you or make guaranties that I can't keep.
