I was referred to Breakstone, White & Gluck by a former client, after a car accident in 2007 when I did not think I needed a lawyer, however, was very glad I consulted with Marc Breakstone. Marc and his assistants helped me through piles of bills, and claims from both car insurance and medical insurance. They helped sort out what needed to be payed when, and also helped me get the money back that I deserved after going through rehab and surgery for two years. Without Marc's help throughout everything, I would not have been able to do it alone! Four years ago, on the night of my high school junior prom, I was seriously injured in a car accident. The driver's insurance company gave me the run around for three years. I am sure they were hoping I would give up and I almost did. It was very frustrating and I didn't know where else to turn. A friend of my mother's referred me to Marc Breakstone. I recall bringing my wife’s medical records to Marc because I was concerned that my wife’s gynecologist may have missed the opportunity to treat her ovarian cancer at a time that it was treatable. Marc explained his careful approach to reviewing the case and to obtaining highly qualified experts to provide their opinions as to whether or not the physician had committed malpractice. Not only did he masterfully present our evidence, but he surgically took apart each of the three defense expert witnesses. That was something to see. These defense experts were chairmen of their respective departments at major teaching hospitals and were considered national authorities in their fields. Marc took them down with aplomb.



We won the arbitration and received an award of damages which we felt fully compensated my family. Marc is a ferocious warrior for his clients. We felt that we got the best possible representation.
