Marilynne R. Ryan is the founding partner of Ryan & Faenza, now Ryan Faenza Cataldo,LLC and has been at practicing attorney for 30 years.  Marilynne is a magna cum laude graduate of New England School of Law, and is certified in both collaborative law and mediation.  Attorney Ryan has over 42 years experience in family law, enjoys an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, and is a frequent lecturer on various aspects of family law.  She co-authored Massachusetts Domestic Relations, 1st through 4th Editions, and its annual update from 1982 through 2006.  Attorney Ryan is a private and court appointed master, special discovery master, conciliator and abitrator.  Former chair of both Family Law Council of the Massachusetts Bar Association and its Child Support Guidelines Committee. Attorney Ryan was most recently the Vice-Chair of the Massachusetts Child Support Guidelines Task Force.
