Always a hard worker, my experience in family law and divorce started even before I finished law school. I completed a comprehensive family mediation training program and mediated child custody and divorce cases for the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
After graduating from the St. Louis University School of Law, I returned home to Attleboro, MA and passed the Massachusetts and Rhode Island bar exams.
I then began working as a litigation attorney for Flynn & Wirkus, P.C., a Quincy, MA law firm specializing in defending railroads. I defended traumatic and occupational injury claims in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island state courts and federal courts as well.
I am thrilled to be back in the family law field at The Divorce Collaborative LLC. Check out the pictures of TDC's offices in Medway, Massachusetts and Attleboro, Massachusetts, above. I bring my mix of tough litigation experience and compassionate mediation skills to the area of family law.
Outside of my work at TDC, I participate in pro bono work with the Woman’s Bar Association Battered Women’s Project. As an avid Providence College fan and alum, and school tour guide (Friar's Club member), I enjoys cheering on the Friars and representing PC at college fairs. I am also an active member of the Attleboro, Massachusetts Rotary Club.
I was married last July to Michael, an English teacher and coach at Boston College High School. In our free time, we enjoy hiking (check out the pictures above from Red Rock National Park in Las Vegas, NV) and playing tennis.
