As your attorney, I look to minimize the drama and get you divorced as quick as possible. I will explain your rights, obligations, choices and zealously represent your interests.
I am also involved in a number of professional organizations that offer further educational knowledge in divorce and family matters and mediation and attend judicial seminars offered by the judges of various courts to hear how the judges may rule on certain matters.
As an attorney, and mediator I represent clients in divorce, post divorce, guardianship, paternity, child support, custody, alimony, contempts, modifications, restraining orders and other family matters.
As a collaborative law attorney I represent clients in divorce, post divorce and family matters working with the collaborative team to create an agreement that the parties decide not the court.
I also act as a mediator. As a mediator I do not represent either party, but assist parties in reaching agreements or creating a Separation Agreements. As a mediator I bring my years of experience and knowledge of Separation Agreements to better assist parties.
As an attorney, collaborative law attorney and mediator I represent clients and parties in all cities and towns in cities and towns in Massachusetts including Plymouth County, Norfolk County, Suffolk County.
When I am not working as either an attorney, collobrative law attorney or mediator you might find me trying to learn an Irish dance tune on my fiddle, wondering around the Museum of Fine Arts in awe or trying to capture a beautiful moment with my camera.

I have known Attorney Hardy professionally for over 6 years. We are both trained mediators and members of a professional group for fellow solo practitioners. I know Attorney Hardy to be extremely insightful and helpful, always willing to work with her fellow attorneys to solve legal questions. As such, I am sure that this same dedication and care is part of her advocacy as a family law practitioner and mediator. I endorse her without reservation and would recommend her to anyone looking for an attorney in her practice areas.
