Working with Stephen DiGregorio to create both a personal family trust to house my personal assets and a business trust to house my business assets was a pleasure and a great learning experience. Stephen was knowledgeable, responsive and considerate throughout the entire process. I am the type of person who likes to understand the details of all aspects of any new endeavor I take on. Going into this process I knew some of the benefits of having trusts setup but certainly did not know all of them and did not know the intricacies of how they would work with things such as a will, power of attorney and health care proxies. Stephen spent many hours getting to know me and determining the best approach given my circumstances. Once a plan was established he was very patient as I asked countless questions and gave me the time necessary to answer those questions and be sure that I understood. Stephen even went out of his way to make the final meeting to sign all the documents convenient for me given the difficulty of getting all the required parties together at the signing. Having completed this process with Stephen, I am now in a position where I feel confident that I have structure both my personal and business assets in a way that they are protected and available to my beneficiaries in the most efficient manner when the time comes for them to be distributed.

Mr. DiGregorio is representing me in a law suit that involves a tenant-landlord
case involving negligence on the part of the landlord. Mr. DiGregorio has been absolutely fantastic with the effort he has put forth.

There is an old saying "knowledge is power!" ; and the knowledge Mr. DiGregorio
