  • James P. Frederick

I endorse this lawyer. Brian and I practice in some of the same areas of law, so I have had the privilege of reading many of his answers. Brian is not only spot on, when it comes to the law, but also offers practical advice and you can tell from his answers that he genuinely cares about people. He is one of the good guys, a true professional, and a great resource for the Avvo community. I have been remiss in not endorsing Brian LONG ago, and I am very happy to correct that oversight, at this time! I would highly recommend a consultation with Brian, if you have any probate, estate planning or elder law matter that you need to have resolved. James Frederick
