    Gilbert’s Answer

if you do a lot of business with California you may be hailed into court there. But if this was a one time deal and you don't advertise in California then not likely. Also, if when you shipped it out it was okay then I would say there recourse would be with the shipping company not you.

    Gilbert’s Answer

Maybe, I would need a little more information. However, I would not post any more on a public forum. Call a attorney, or talk to the one you have. If you are not happy with the one you have find a new one quickly.

    Gilbert’s Answer

I would write a letter to your doctors office. In the letter you can inform them you do not want any of your information disclosed to third parties. However, if you use any type of insurance , the insurance company would require the information in order to pay for the bills. Also, if the doctors office were to receive a subpoena, they could be required to turn over the records.

In family court going pro-se - do I send a motion document to both my ex and her attorney or just my ex?

    Gilbert’s Answer

If your ex has a current attorney, send to that attorney and the court. Plus be careful with going pro-se, it could cost you a lot more than you might save.

    Gilbert’s Answer

If they are vacated it should not cause you any issues in probate court. Also, why would you believe that his filling of these charges would undermine your credibility? Plus, if you can show that he is filing false accusation it could help you in probate.

  • Can I still drive before my appeal?

I am a Junior Operator appealing a speeding ticket in court. If I am found guilty, my license will be suspended. My question is, can I still drive before my appeal? Or does my suspension start from the day I received my ticket?

    Gilbert’s Answer

Your suspension would not take effect until you receive a notice from the registry that your right to operate has been suspended. This would not happen until you lose your appeal or admit guilt.
